Dr. Heng received his DVM from the Universiti Pertanian Malaysia. He then completed his radiology residency and master’s degree combination program at Colorado State University. As a Diplomate of the ACVR and the ECVDI, he worked at Purdue University from 2007 to 2021, where he was Clinical Professor of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging, section chief of diagnostic imaging and director of ACVR residency program before joining VetCT.

Dr. Heng is the author or co-author of over 90 peer-reviewed publications and is widely sought after as speaker in national and international veterinary conferences, other than conducting radiology and ultrasound workshops across the world.
