Professor Taylor graduated from University of Bristol in 2006. An equine internship at the Royal Veterinary College developed into a position as an anaesthesia clinician. He earned the RCVS CertVA in 2008 and the Diploma of the ECVAA in 2018. Working with a variety of species, his main area of anaesthesia and analgesia expertise is with dogs, cats and horses. He has a number of research publications, is interested in respiratory function, and anaesthesia for the emergent abdominal patient. He is Head of Education at CityU VMC, is a keen learner and educator, interested in mentorship and team management.
