Sonya Bettenay

University of Edinburgh

Sonya Bettenay graduated with an honors degree from the University of Melbourne. She has worked as a dermatologist and dermatopathologist (academia and practice) for the past 35 years.  She was co-chair of the program committee for WCVD8, has been on many national and international committees and was a board member of the ISVD.  Her teaching activities focus on the CVE (Sydney University) DE Dermatology program and dermatopathology training of ECVD residents.  Currently a Senior lecturer in Veterinary Dermatology at Royal (Dick) University of Edinburgh.    She has multiple publications and has been an invited speaker on every continent except Antarctica.
